Electronic medical records (MR)
The main document which records everything that happens to the patient. Basic medical history fields (full name, age, place of residence) are added to the system during check-in. Each MR is created based on electronic forms, filled in by medical staff. Doctors’ appointments and lab reports, diagnostic and procedure results are uploaded to the history. Therefore, it’s easy to find information about repeat patients.
Minimum typing
Filling out is as easy as possible and requires almost no typing: doctor simply ticks appropriate option — if there is none, it is entered once and memorized by system. Voice input is also available.
Appointment scheduling
In a couple of clicks, system creates patient's schedule for the entire treatment period — all procedures will be evenly distributed over stay time. Automatic scheduling considers procedures compatibility and any rules (gender, age, floor, patient category, specialists’ workload and vacation schedule).
Procedure issue via tablet
Accurate fixation of all issued procedures eliminates fraud. Patient is identified by attaching guest's card to the tablet — middle medical specialist immediately sees procedure type, necessary materials and treatment zones. After procedure is performed, specialist just has to press the «issue» button, and standard consumables amount (medications, cosmetics, therapeutic mud, disposable gloves / sheets / hats) will be written off from stock balances.

Medical examinations interpretation
Jivi smart assistant module interprets examination results, calculates BMI and calories, and highlights indicators beyond normative limits. AI physician assistant will not replace a doctor, but will help in case of high patient flow.
Diagnosis recommendations
Once diagnosis is made, the system will automatically display a list of recommended procedures. The list may include both common recommendations and facility’s standards. This will help doctor recommend what is indicated for patient's condition. This feature increases treatment effectiveness and average revenue from additional procedures.
300 built-in protocols
Doctor's workspace, from general practitioner to specialized doctor (dietitian, cardiologist), is customized according to responsibility area. That is why the system is so convenient to work in — specialist sees only the indicators he needs, downloading data from other doctors if necessary. At the same time, any of 300 medical protocols can be modified: you can remove or add buttons, menu items and input cells.
Medical staff motivation
Jivi allows you to track and identify the most valuable employees. Additional metrics make each employee's performance transparent and simplify bonus calculation. You can consider anything: number of appointments, % of returning patients, the positive to negative feedback ratio.
Dietitian module
In many health resorts, nutrition is part of treatment. The diet prescribed by doctor considers individual needs and restrictions (allergies, lactose / gluten intolerance). This data is displayed on the nurse dietitian's desktop.
Doctor’s event module
Doctor receives notifications about scheduled appointments, new patients, and ready laboratory results. Patient’s lab reports and other specialists’ appointment results can be monitored in real time. Doctor can quickly adjust treatment plan according to the new data. Important information will never get lost in MIS Jivi.
