Making a detailed plan
Each facility is unique: they all have their own set of rates, reports, rooms, services, specialists, and business processes. So before the work starts, we clarify a lot of details and add them to the deployment road map.

Duration: 2-3 WEEKS
Remote implementation
Initial system configuration and deployment do not require physical presence. Jivi technical experts remotely create databases, configure services, deploy the system on a live Customer server, and run test workstations to debug each process.

Duration: 2-5 DAYS
Fine-tuning at the facility
The implementation team arrives at the facility and completes the system setup. Verifies that each schedule, procedure, and rate is correct. Tests specialists’ workstations functions. We carefully transfer the facility’s established business processes to the system, but seeing optimization potential, we recommend industry best practices and help implement them.

Duration: 3-40 DAYS, FACILITY SIZE
Staff training
Jivi is an intuitive system, easy to work in. We provide users with individual hands-on training to unlock system potential and functions to the fullest. It normally takes 1-3 sessions of up to 1.5 hours. If anyone has difficulty in mastering the system, we will explain and demonstrate until they succeed. After deployment completion, we leave a detailed manual and video tutorials. You can also contact our technical support team which will help solve any problem.

Duration: 1-2 DAYS
Pilot operation
Before the final launch, the facility works in parallel mode for some time: current bookings and patients maintenance in Jivi are duplicated by the previous system. This is to ensure that all staff gets used to working in a new way, and possible errors don’t affect the guests.

Duration: 2-3 DAYS
Commercial operation
When the system elements are fully configured, staff members are trained, and processes established, it’s time for a full transition to the new system. At this stage, implementers double-check all functions correctness and fix minor bugs. Making sure all is well, our team takes leave of the facility’s staff members and hurries to the next deployment.
